Overview

The moment is approaching, the timeline is real, and your next moves matter.

After months of uncertainty, the SBIR reauthorization process appears to be in the final stages. In our last installment, Senate legislation was released during the webinar itself. Days later, Grant Engine was on Capitol Hill and in the House Chamber as Congress officially passed the bill. Now, with March 28 serving as the critical ten-day timeline, this third installment is about what comes next: where do you go for funding immediately, what is changing, and what do you need to do to capture the opportunity when the program re-opens?

This webinar is designed to be high-impact and deeply useful. It is for companies that do not want to sit back and wait, but want a real edge in a fast-moving market.

We will cover funding pathways across defense and dual-use, life sciences, NASA, DOE, and many other non-dilutive programs. We will also share what is new, what matters now, and what sophisticated companies need to have in place before the floodgates reopen. The central message is simple: when the program moves, it may move in a compressed way, and the companies that win will be the ones that prepared before everyone else.

Why this webinar matters

Once the program is fully live again, agencies may have to move through a great deal of activity in a short timeframe. That means readiness will matter more, not less. This is the moment to identify high-fit opportunities, sharpen your funding strategy, and pressure-test whether your company is truly competitive for the next wave. Grant Engine will provide the insight, market context, and practical guidance to help you do exactly that.
